The ENTENTE Professional Exchange Programme is designed to develop the experience and expertise of technology transfer professionals while building stronger professional networks and relationships amongst TTOs themselves, and between TTOs and Industry. Within the framework of the ENTENTE Professional Exchange Programme, European Tech Transfer Officers will have the opportunity to live a unique experience in renowned investment firms, venture capitalist offices, Big Pharmas and Tech Transfer offices across the world.
Benefits for the candidates:
- work alongside seasoned TTO, Pharmas or investment firms.
- learn by direct experience but also by cross stakeholder relationship building, in order to develop a clearer understanding of the processes, priorities, overall business culture and approach of their key counterparts.
- build stronger relationships between the seconding TTO and their host organizations, contribution to a greater potential for successful future collaborations, deals, licensing and other forms of technology transfer.
The three first calls of the ENTENTE Professional Exchange Programme were a real success with the participation of 18 renowned Organisations within the health ecosystem among which European and Brazilian TTOs, Corporate and Private Venture Funds and Big Pharmas.
For this 4th and last call of the ENTENTE Professional Exchange Programme the hosting organisations to welcome candidates will be the DPAc unit of GSK (UK), BioCity Scotland (Scotland), DRI Capital (Canada), Tufts University (USA) and the TTO of the Instituto Butatan (BR).
