Proton Europe is the paneuropean association of tech transfer offices from public research, mainly academic research. 

Grounded in 2003 with the support of the EU, ProTon is the European linkage between national associations of tech transfer in Europe, supplying support and information to the EU about academic tech transfer. With about 250 university members, Proton has databases of good practices and has large experience in staff exchange programmes.

University of Liege – Interface Entreprises-University
The Interface Entreprises-University of Liege has been set up in 1989, with the aim to promote cooperative research, and to manage the technology transfer for the University and the university hospital. With a team of about 40 experienced people, Interface provides now support to scientists for patenting, for proof of concept, market studies, licensing, spin offing, but also for knowledge exchange by managing the Liege Science Park. More than 50% of the activity is focused on biotechnology and health, especially within the 100 spin off companies grounded.
